大学卒業後は金融業界で経験を積み、長いあいだ、とても小さな違和感を奥にしまったまま、
毎日をモーレツにこなしてきました。
そして50歳を迎えたことをきっかけに、これまで身につけてきた価値観をいったんほどき、
外身も中身も、「自分」をもう一度編集し始めました。
惹かれるものたち
言葉、デザイン、装うこと、旅、アート、そして人。楽しく生きること。
それらを「クリエイション」として眺めるだけでなく、その背景にどんな物語や思想があるのかと、
思いを巡らすことが好きです。
ここから
人生はまだ完成形ではありません。むしろ、ここから。
これから、人生はどこまで美しく、面白く変えられるのか。
美の世界の観察者として、その過程を、静かに記録していきます。
Ima is an aesthetic observer based in Yokohama, Japan. On Café-ima, she quietly records the stories and ideas
that lie behind beauty.
In her life, she built a career in the financial industry, however, for a long time, she felt a small but persistent sense of unease. She tucked it away and carried on, meeting each day with everything she had. Turning fifty changed that.
She began to loosen the values she had gathered over the years, and to edit herself once more, inside and out.
What draws her
Words, design, the art of dressing, travel, art, and people. And living with joy.
She does not simply look at these as creations. She loves to wonder about the stories and ideas behind them.
Step forward
Life is not a finished form. If anything, it begins here.
How beautiful, how interesting, can a life become?
As an observer of the world of beauty, she will keep a quiet record of the process.
